We do accept returns for refund on items sold on the internet or mail order as long as they are in their original condition and have been returned within a reasonable time period, usually couple of weeks, but we do extend this at Christmas as we know people like to buy early but won’t know if it fits till January. Faulty items are accepted in new or used condition and they are dealt with as follows. Firstly can we send customer a new replacement? Can we mend or do we know someone who can? Can we refund fully or partially depending on how long had and how much used, this is in accordance with the sale of consumer goods regulations.
