Orders sent out on a UK 5 day service may take up to 14 working days for delivery. Missing Orders: Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If yours hasn't arrived yet, please follow the guidelines below: Firstly, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Orders sent via standard 5 day delivery - please allow up to 14 working days before reporting an item as missing. Orders sent via Special Delivery - please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing. It's also a good idea to call your local Post Office in case they tried to deliver whilst you were out, and have taken your order back for collection.
